I set up recurring payments and did not have any problems. The payments were deducted from my account on time every month. I paid the loan off early because of the high interest.

Horrible experience got into a huge argument with the rep. Whonwas vile rude and unprofessional disgusting I filled a complaint even though it wont go anywhere.

The worst, they over charge and don't even disclose they have a "covid protected status" and the requirements. Horrible last source to rebuild credit.

This company is terrible. I can't tell weather it is a loan company or a debt collection agency. I was 2 days late with my payment and they were calling my phone 2 times a day. Mind you, When I pay, I always pay extra- by the hundred. Then after I reluctantly made a payment arrangement for literally 5 days, I get a letter telling me my loan is in default. They are ridiculous. I will be paying this car off as soon as possible because it is a terror dealing with them.

I would never do business with this company again got covid-19 on the October 5th and was told by Credit Acceptance Corporation that I was enrolled in a covid-19 relief program until Nov and their would be no payments due or collections or repos during this time and keep in mind I have had the covid-19 for a month and will not be release to go back to work until 11-09-20 and Credit Acceptance Corporation reported on my credit report I was late for 30 days and dropped my credit 80 points also said they would pickup the vehicle in about 5 days this is the worst company I have ever worked with and I do plan to take them to court...Offered to send them anything they need to confirm I had the virus they said it was not necessary and they call on the first of Nov and say I never sent them any verifiable information that I had have the virus How do people suppose to pay their bills when you got covid-19 and the state dehec call every other day to make sure your still in quarantine and the doctors say your still contagious these company's lie and lie they want you to think their helping but give them a inch and they will take it all

I had a loan through this company 7 years and 4 months ago. I wrecked the vehicle and my insurance totaled it, but no biggie I got gap insurance where I bought my car and where I applied for credit acceptance. After gap credit acceptance refused to remove $135 that was showing on my account. Long story short as of yesterday tagged another $177 on and reported my account delinquent....7 years and 4 months later. Can't wait to dispute this and I will make it my life long mission to tell everyone to never use this crap company.

Made a payment plan during this pandemic they still will call every hour harassing you asking can you call someone else for help the rudest company ive ever dealt with sent me to collections for 200 dollars ???? credit dropped 173 points only reason I got the car im done ive lost 2 people to this covid-19 got layed off for weeks came back to a pay cut and more work this **** is said and thank you credit karma for allowing this **** to happen i give up
